Hey guys, I found a pretty cool sample mma workout routine here. It’ s set up for a 3, five minute round fight. There is no one magic mma workout routine, and this is one of many workouts you can follow, but I think you’ll like this one cuz it covers a lot of the physical needs of mma fighters.
